Why is my profile not considered for OINP November draw?

I have a score of 395 with NOC 2173. I read score above 350 was considered, but my profile was not considered.

Don't loose hope, definitely you will get a call. But I have couple of queries regarding your OINP submission.

It seems that you have Software Engineering background.

a) Didn't you show your last 5 yrs IT experience ?

b) Did you have any rough estimation that what was the quota under NOC 2173 ?

c) Did you apply under Human Capital category or International skill Category ?

d) Is your job offer still in progress ? I mean that any job offer from Canadian IT firm where the process might be still in progress

e) Didn't you submit your OINP fee's via online master card ? Or via DEMAND Draft ?

f) Won't you apply any other provinces for PNP as your CRS marks is quiet good ?

g) Won't you apply one more time for OINP after getting this result ?

Yes I'm a software engineer.

a) I started working from November 2015, before that I was a student. Is it really necessary to have 5 years of experience?

b) Nope, I don't have any idea about NOC quota. Where can I find it?

c) I have created an account an account for Express entry. Was there any option to select human capital or international skilled workers? I don't remember.

d) I'm still working, I don't have any job offers waiting in Canada.

e) OINP fees should be submitted only when my profile is selected right? Or should I have to pay now?

f) I've applied for all provinces.

G) I will definitely apply.
