Under FSW its 6 years and under CRS its 3 Years.

Was wondering.....since one year of work experience is 52 weeks of 30 hours for each work for work experience, would working 60 hours a week equal to two weeks of work experience? In this case the required 1560 hours per year would be attained in only six months. How does this work?

For full-time work, you can claim a maximum of 30 hours per week. Anything beyond that is not taken into consideration.

So does that mean where it says that one has to have 1560 hours of work experience, it has to be gained over one year only and no less than one year?

Yes. 1560 hours = 30 hours x 52 weeks (one year)

Nope, they don't count anything above 30 hours a week.
