That’s really helpful. My status for Background check is showing your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check. However this status is appearing since the MEP statuscane i.e. 5th October. My application is in ip1 status since medical passed, why some applicants are moved to ip2 directly but some arent?

Not sure. But as far as I have read across internet vlogs that CEC inland applicants do not have to go through IP1 and move directly to IP2. Since your signature indicates PNP so I am not sure about your stream
