What is your relationship to these individuals? Are the mother and father your parents? Is one of them your sibling? Something else?

Do you have any family in Canada? Are either of your parents still alive?

In that case you cannot sponsor your family members in Iraq. They will have to qualify on their own.

Can they apply on their own,and settle here?
They can apply on their own if they qualify in one of the immigration streams, but you cannot sponsor them.
