I really doubt CIC expects one to be held hostage at a job until your application is approved.
As long as you met all the work experience requirements you claimed points for at submission, you should be fine if you decide to resign. Some folks who are unemployed apply for PR and use any work experience they have from past 10 years period and still get approved.
Yes, the problem is my crs is only 440...so its risky if i get rejected :( i'm staying with current job......need to be patient more and more

Thank you for this help and I now realised my case is IP2
I see from other threads like June 2018 AOR, some didnt have any change in status but received PPR. IP1 or IP2 is not even realiable to know the actual status. It just helps us that there’s somehow a progress when there’s a change.

Also, so called IP1/IP2 changes are not consistent across visa offices. In my experience only Ottawa seems to update those statuses more regularly compared to others.

Do they send it to specific offices based on country of residence? Because I see that is the case in immitracker USA residents seem to have Ottawa office. I am residing in US as well but I am in IP1 since October 4th... And still shows reviewing ADR it was just IMM5475 not

What is current trend? People applied last year of this season were able to get their ppr very soon(in average(80%of people) aor to ppr 2-3months)

I have a bad feeling because this time even cleaing medical takes about a month...(it only took 1-2weeks last year of this season)

According to Myimmitracker analytics calcuation(aor to ppr estimate), If i got my aor Sep 13, I most likely will get my pr Dec 24....(hope that comes true)

https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/consolidated-e-apr-tracker-express-entry-permanent-residency-application/analytics/passport-request-ppr-date-estimator

What's you guy's thought?, Im having a hard time to be patient and not quit my hateful job....

Please help me,,,,how can i be patient lol......:(

This is probably right because my profile has constantly been on 'Background check - We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information' right from AOR to MEP and BIL. I haven't seen one 'Not applicable'
