Hi @dev514 yah couple of us are in the same boat. I submitted mine on end of July...now it is October :( I also sent mine to Scarborough. Hopefully will hear something this month.

You can call them, and IF you get through, they can verify if they received your fingerprint or not.

Man, their call service sucks. I have been calling numerous times since last couple of days and every time I will get an automated voice telling me that they are experiencing higher than normal calls and couldn't forward my call and just hang up on me. How can you experience higher than normal calls the first thing in the morning. Mind blown !!!!!

Try calling early in morning around 08:00 am , Wait time is less @ that time.

Hi everyone -

Application ReceivedMarch 12. (Milton ON)
Started processing June 6
Test invite Oct 1st for Hamilton ON.

Just a quick question: besides original passport (current/expired), PR card, two IDs what else is required to take it for the test?
it says :

 all your original documents that support your citizenship application (as listed in the document checklist in the citizenship application form);

 Permanent Resident Card (if you have ever received one);

all original passports and travel documents in your possession (current and expired).

thanks

My husband applied in 28 March 2018 from Edmonton, any one with similar timing got test date?
Hi
I applied in a family file at the same time and the process started in June and I was going to have the test tomorrow but this morning I received a call from immigration office that the clearance check is not completed yet and the file in pending. I was totally frustrated as I was ready for the test but I was told that I have to wait till the clearance check to be completed and the test will be rescheduled

I am pretty new to this forum so please advise me why the clearance takes so long? Is it normal to email the invitation letter 3weeks before the exam and then call the day before exam to cancel the test due to incomplete clearance? I need to get more information about this issue
Thanks all
