Hi everyone,
So I just got to Toronto about last year in July with a study permit and I attended a high school. Right now I'm 17 years old and by the end of June next year I'll finish high school and graduate. I do not have any money as all of my fundings were spent on high school fees and such and specifically in my case since I'm from Iran and the currency exchange rate got massively out of control and quadrupled in the last month, I GOT NOTHING. What I do have right now is 2 years of professional experience in the software development industry, more specifically, web development. I've received 6 awards, 3 of which I received here in Canada and 3 from Iran. (Gold medal at iCan 2018, Special inventors award at iCan 2018 both of which are held by Toronto International Society of Innovation and Advanced Skills, Top 25% in Canadian Computing Competition held by University of Waterloo) I was about to run a startup but there were some vague areas on the legal side that I wasn't aware of. I still have the prototype though. I also have many other ideas of some I actually have a working prototype. None of these can make me rock solid cash right now to pay for university. With all of these stuff that I said and considering that I have around $15,000 to spend how would you suggest I should proceed if I want to attend university and be able to pay for my self as my first priority and obtain a PR card as my second priority. (Actually almost as important)
I have checked the express entry assessment on CIC and it was a solid pass but what I wanna know about is that first of all, how long does it take to obtain a PR, second, is it ok if I don't use a lawyer or any representative at all?
If there is any other way that is faster for me to obtain a PR card? I'm all ears. I really don't want to waste a year and I want to go to university on time.
