Hi All,

I hope someone will be able to assist.
I have been working for a Canadian public company for 7 years, and I have a signed contract of employment with them. However, I have not been working for them in Canada, although my employment contract is governed under the laws of Canada.
My question is, will I be able to use this contract to gain permanent residency under any of the permanent residence programs for myself and my family?

thanks in advance for any help

If you were not working in Canada, then its foreign experience. Its not Canadian experience.
