I called BC yesterday, Just to ask about my application status. They told me that now-a-days they are not taking more than 4 weeks. (This started from mid of last month).My application is still under process though. Also,they calculate 4 weeks from the date the courier is received by them.

Can anyone please help.i need suggestion. I gave ielts idp general exam on 18 august and result was out on 14 september. It was delayed by 14 days. I want to apply for reevaluation as i need .5 band more in writing. I have heard that when the result is delayed then it is already rechecked and we should not go for reevaluation. Is that true?? Should i go for recheck or not

You are right! If the results are held, then they are rechecked. It's better that you go for a new test.
I called them..they said reports r dispatched from their side but blue dart hasn't shared them the tracking details...looks like it will take 2 more days to reach me..

Gave speaking EOR to make it CLB 10 and reach 441. But stuck at 438
Attempting again on 29th September
EOR confirmation on Sept 5th, TRF received on 25th Sept. Took 20 days for EOR with British Council India.

Yeah they have decreased their remark time. Even here on IDP singapore website, they have mentioned that time taken is 3 to 21 days with a note that previously it used to take 6 to 8 weeksI called BC yesterday, Just to ask about my application status. applied for EoR on 7th Sept from IDP, haven't received any response from them yet but my online score report shows the writing band is updated to 7 from 6.5.. will update here once I receive the TRF..
p.s. my online score is still visible as I took the computer based test on 30th Aug and its result is available after 5 days, applied for EoR the very next day!

Greetings everyone. I want to share my experience with EoR regarding my IELTS results.
I gave my first exam in the month of July and received my results by mid August. I was really happy with my results when I first glanced at it, but was disappointed when I realized that I had only scored 6.5 in Writing, which according to me should have been at least a 7. I was really upset about it for a few days till I decided to re-book an exam for tomorrow, the 28th of September. Also, I decided to send my first results for EoR hoping that I could make the cut because I believe that my writing skills are not as bad as the scores that were reflected in the results.
My results were:
L - 8
R - 8
W - 6.5
S - 7
Overall - 7.5
I received my EoR scores today, and to my surprise they increased by a lot more than I had hoped they would.
My scores after EoR:
L - 8
R - 8
W - 7.5
S - 7.5
Overall - 8
I am excited to share my experience with you all and would like to tell everyone that if you are not satisfied with your first results, you should absolutely send it for EoR without hesitation.
I hope this helps those wondering if EoR actually increases the scores. They DO!

Hi, I gave my IELTS Ac on Sept 4th,Computer based test. I got my results on Sept 9th. I received the TRF on 12th Sept and submitted my EOR on the same day. It reached them on 17th Sept.
Now about the results, I logged into my Idp account checked the results, it’s still showing me the old score.
LRSW: 9,7.5,8,6.5.
As you mentioned in your post that the changed results showed up in your results section of idp account. How do we know if the results shown there are new or the old ones?
