May be a system upgrade is going on... But generally they notify of such things ..

System upgrade is scheduled for 2moro morning.. 3 am to 5 am EST.. I bet it must be out sourced by CIC to some other country, I don't see Canadians working that early in the morning :D

Hey, congrats!

You mind saying what the ADR was about?

I need a urgent help in submitting a web form. I applied my PR application online. While submitting a webform they are asking: Is your application being processed by office Outside Canada?

What should I answer to this question since I am not aware of my visa office since I applied online. Any urgent help is appreciated.

What category are you applying through? Where were you residing at time of AOR?

In that case your Visa Office would be one located in India, probably the New Delhi one. So you would answer that question with "Yes".
But there are three offices in India, Bangalore, Delhi & Chandigarh, then how do I be sure that my visa processing office is Delhi.

I'm not really sure, India is a strange case with multiple VOs... perhaps someone else knows more about this. Most people on the forum I've seen have had their application processed by NDVO (New Delhi Visa Office). If you really want to know, you can send CIC an email about it.
