Every time I concentrate on these reason and try best
documents :; application form , covering letter , bank statement, fixed deposits, valuation about property from CA , itr last three years , Saloon documents, certificates , travel insurance , confirmed hotel booking , dummy air tickets , my valid UK visa documents , my kids bank statements, my husband's works all documents , current and savings bank statement etc etc .

Dummy air tickets? One of the reasons was your travel documents. You need apply for notes to narrow diwn the reasons and find the reak reason. This takes about a month. You should really have done this after your second refusal. Also i wouldn't apply for another one for a while.
How can i apply these notes , please suggest me because I don't know the process of this system .

2. How often have you applied?
3. What was the purpose of your visit and for long?
4. Do you have a Canadian host? If yes, is the person related to you?
5. Did you entire family apply? Do you have children? How old are they and what do they do?
6. What documents did each applicant submit?
