Errrr 2nd Upper in IT. 60% CWA and one year experience no external exams written

yup competitive and that’s where they waste time with decisions and not to talk of CAQ and study permit

yeah i know what you mean, they take too long for the applications but i do get some courses are competitive

Hello everyone,
In 28 August ,2018 I got an offer letter from Concordia University for MEng in Electrical & Computer Engineering for Jan 2019 intake. The university said that I have to be in Montreal by Jan 7, 2019. But I am afraid that my visa processing will take more than 4 months .
Can I deffer my session due to lengthy process of visa ?
(P.S. I live in qatar and it will take 3 months to complete whole visa process )
