Hello!

I just logged into myCIC account, my application shows "application/profile updated" but when I clicked in it there was no actual update- is this the "ghost update"? I haven't received an email regarding this yet.

AOR June 29. MEP July 13.
Exciting! Hopefully your email comes soon.

the second one.
Thanks Navin!! This is my current situation. Could you please assist me?

Primary Applicant - Country of residence: Canada
Dependent Applicant (Spouse) - Country of residence: India
Current VISA Type: ICT for Primary Applicant. NOC: A
June 12, 2018 - AOR
June 28, 2018 - Medical Passed
June 29, 2018 - IP2 (Back ground check is in progress)
August 03, 2018 - Procedural Fairness - Change in wording in offer letter requested (Depends on the letter, they may accept/refuse)
August 11, 2018 - Reference letter submitted (instead of offer letter wording change) along with a letter from supervisor
August 20, 2018 - Called IRCC agent to check the status. Agent said "I have passed the eligibility and back ground check is started". Am not sure if the reference letter submitted last week is accepted or not and they said they are not sure if the concerned person reviewed my reference letter since it has been just a week since I submitted.
Two Questions:
1. Can I order GCMS Notes to confirm the status?
2. I would like to bring my spouse here asap. Can I process different VISA for dependent applicant (living in different country) to bring here. Am afraid my EE may or may not be accepted since I did not provide the actual change of offer letter as they asked. I don't want to wait for couple of months to come to know that they are going to refuse and then start to process different VISA for my spouse.
Share your thoughts.

if the agent said your eligibiltiy passed then your letter was accepted. there is very little chance of denial if your eligibility passed. yes you can order notes. im not sure about the process of bringing your wife here while your application is in progress. better check with experts.

After resisting for many days, I logged on to my CIC account (have been resisting as I know there won't be an update) ... and as expected there was no update. Now I'm feeling bad ... no update plus I broke my streak of not watching my account ... LOL...

With GCMS notes, can we confirm that our reply letter for Procedural Fairness is accepted or not?

Hello all, Tried working on the data submitted on immitracker with cases having AOR this year (1st January 2018 to 27th August 2018) and status updated to PPR. I have calculated both the mean and median (better idea of central tendency) time in days which each case took from AOR to PPR. Filters applied (FSW-Outland, Nationality: Indian, Current residence: India). The month wise breakup is as follow;

AOR January: Mean 80 days; Median 66 days
AOR February: Mean 82 days; Median 67 days
AOR March: Mean 101 days; Median 114 days
AOR April: Mean 98 days; Median 104 days
AOR May: Mean 70 days; Median 74 days
AOR June: Mean 51 days; Median 47 days

So the average time taken for AOR to PPR in last 6 months is around 80 days and quartile analysis shows that 67% of the applicants got their PPR by 125 days. Thanks
