and my dear friend.. try doing this US immigration call centre you will understand what real being rude sounds like...its just IRCC call centre does answer what we expect them to answer .. they are not being rude, they re just telling ya, what they re told to do...I called I guess 3 times before ppr and once agent said all is as expected and is within timeliness. nothing else.. no if thats rude for people, then be it

Fair enough ... I just gave my opinion on your statement that they behave like that since they handle a lot more cases. And just like you keep saying no two applications are the same. No two people are the same. What one may perceive as rude you may not perceive as rude. You are entitled to your opinion that member is entitled to his own. It's you who is trying to justify your opinion is correct and the other member's opinion is wrong.
And for the record I didn't say they were rude. I just said I don't agree with the statement that they can be rude as they are busy in answering other calls.
And as far as your count goes before PPR again your personal choice. I have just called IRCC just once but surely I'm not going to tell anyone who has called IRCC 10 times that they are wrong. Let's revise the concept again. No two applications are alike. But hey same applies to people. If you called three times good for you. If someone wants to call 20 times good for them.
they do read terms and conditions by IRCC as welll.. 6 months is timeline given by them.. so calling them again again, do you justify that
That's the whole point I made. I do not care. I'm not them. I can control my actions and not theirs. They are independent individuals. Whether you or I or anyone else who is not IRCC justifies it or doesn't how does it matter?
exactly .. then we need to patient control our actions... if they have clearly written in rule book 80% of applications are completed in 6 Months, then we should not get tensed or call again again expecting things to change.
This is what I have said before also, if you know your documentation is good and there is no fraud or wrong doing, your ppr will come. You can spend money on GCMS notes, bang head by calling IRCC, but it will not change the flow of process, and when you do not get your intended reply, you will feel bad about it or call IRCC rude or what not, Been there done that...

Even the official 2017 EOY report shows about 88% of applications submitted in 2017 were approved, and that's not counting applications that were submitted in 2017 but didn't finish processing until 2018. The chance of rejection is very small and the Canadian immigration system does its best to be flexible in cases where the potential of rejection arises. And even if you are rejected, you can apply again using their feedback to improve your application.
All this, and they also aim to process 80% of cases in 6 months or less (4 months or less in some categories). That's lightning fast for most countries.

I agree with you. On an average a person spends 40 mins for a call to get connected. And it takes 2 mins for the agent to either answer the query or lecture the caller and say nothing. So yes it depends on basic goodness of an individual.
There are people here who have got their PRs in 30 days so for them it is easy to justify. They will never understand the pain of a person waiting for 90 days and then calling and be told nothing by an agent.
My dear friend..Sorry for d words but u ar are at ease right now coz u hav got ur ppr..Think about people who has nt seen a single moment in their file since three months..ur words wld nt hav been d same if u were wid us in d same shoes..
Secondly, yes some agents are rude on call..They hav provided a number to call and they expect people shld nt call thm..It is not easy to reach an agent just
after dialing a number..One has to wait for atleast half an hour or more just so tat they can speak to an agent hoping for sm positive reply..
Totally correct. If someone can help anyone by his experience it is fine but unnecessarily lecturing people is uncalled for. Either emphathize and help but don't further frustrate people

parvenu bhai jaan, ... ask anyone here.. even during the process I didn't even bother comparing, you know why... hear this out... I have been on h1b for 9 years, gc line as well.. now when I moved here on work permit and then did my pr... over my experience I have realized this , whatever is bound to happen it will... now, in Canadian pr.. once you have uploaded documents and clicked that submit button,, arrow is out of the bow,... now.. worrying about will make you miserable.... enjoy with family and frizz... if you are confident about your docs, you will get it
no-one is frustrating you guys.. you are frustrating yourself.. you should be more careful when putting in docs the first place... after that its gone out of your hands... and what will by worrying will be your gain... more frustration only... you should be really calm in these govt process...
btw bhai jaan, i have seen worse... after living in US for 9n years... my H1b was rejected.. have u lived in this fear that you have to wrap your entire life of 9 years in 1 go...then again it was filed... but I mean time.,.. I moved to Canada... and then again when I checked my h1b was rejected again ... and I was not even a contractor.,. so people who are here think.. its been easy journey of others, don judge.,.. people just don cry about it all the time, they need to pick up and moved ahead
Our documents are perfect but every individual has certain plans and calculations and timeline in mind. applying from US or Canada and getting PR in 30 days does not make you special or perfect. Since you have been lucky please enjoy your bliss but don't lecture us. I am happy for you.
