This is the same question I have. The email I got from CIC indicated that a PCC photocopy is required; I submitted a scanned copy instead. Anyone care to clarify?

PS. I already emailed CIC regarding my concern and awaiting their feedback.

I think you can call 1-888-242-2100 to ask.
I emailed a scan PCC because they asked me to email it.

Just wondering if anyone receive an email to let you know that the Background check starts? I checked mycic and found that Background check started. I don’t know if I miss an email or they don’t remind us for background check?

I was asked to email them so I did it. I didn’t have a link to upload them in MY CIC. I think if there are links you can upload them in your account. It’s better to do it that way.

I never received any feedback from CIC for my questions.

Hi Guys,
Can anyone help me with my confusion about where to send requested additional documents:
I have applied for my Mom thru parents n grandparents sponsorship program.
Application received in Nov 2017.
May 10/2018: Missisauga Office send me email requesting me to submit COPY OF their marriage certificate and additional family form for my Dad bearing ORIGINAL SIGNATURE OF HIM. I guess I forgot to send that with my application.

May 30/2018: I got another email form them stating that they are forwarding my application to New Delhi visa office.
July 2018: request for medical check: medical is done.
I'am confused as to where to send my requested documents, should i send that to Missisauga office or New delhi visa office. Tried to call CIC call centre in canada multiple times with no success, my call is not going thru due to high volume of call. tried to call VFS in Delhi n there are of no use all well, They gave me email id to send email about that. which I already send email to that email id n got a automated reply saying that it will take 30 days to respond.
I know if you link your account that I will be able to upload my documents there, but I linked my application to My CIC account on aug 21/2018 and right now i don't see anything to upload or anything, I may have to wait for that upload thing to appear. But I have to send his ORGINAL SIGNATURE form?
I'm worried that if they don't received all the requested document that they may cancel my application by saying all requested documents were not submitted. I'm debating to send those documents to Canada high commission, New Delhi and also to Missisauga office.
Did anyone had same issues like me, I will greatly appreciate your input and suggestion. Thanks in advance.

Send documents to New Delhi visa office. Include file number and email with your documents.
