If I understand this, you have not yet applied for the SINP, but have completed an EOI profile with a score of 80 out of the 100 points on their grid.

In terms of the timing, their notice indicated that they plan to conduct at least one draw per month, so I would expect that you would receive your ITA for the SINP within the next month, as, again, you have ties to the province and you have a high score on their grid. It will not be until you are nominated that you will receive the 600 points, however.

Once you are approved by the SINP, your nomination will then be transferred to your Express Entry account with the all important 600 points, and then you will be given an ITA on the next Express Entry draw.

You will get the additional points once SINP approves your application. You will not get the points when you receive an ITA from the SINP.

It is just a formality, but you will need to acccept the nomination once you are approved before the points are awarded. This is easy to do and is done in your Express Entry account. The SINP notifies IRCC that you have been nominated, and then the IRCC will update your Express Entry account with this, and require that you accept the nomination in order to receive the additional points.

Unfortunately the time line from applying to the SINP until receipt of the nomination varies considerably. I know of an individual whose application was complete who received the nomination about 45 days after applying, and others who waited six months or more.

You will have the best chance possible of a quick turnaround with a complete application that leaves no room for questions. An area that has resulted in delays is the Employer Reference Letters. The key is that the description of the responsibilities match the description of the NOC as closely as possible.

The more documentation you can provide, the better.

In any event, the SINP administrator will request additional documentation or proceed with what you will have provided, so you will only help yourself by providing as much as you can.

Documentation, including what you have mentioned, you should provide I if available includes:

1. All recent bank statements with all pages, including those that may be blank

2. Copies of checks that have been deposited

3. Copies of deposit slips

4. Copy of notice or other correspondence to you that shows the amount that you were paid that corresponds to each deposit. Examples are pay stubs if you deposited your earnings, a letter indicating that you are receiving a refund from a business, a bill of sale if you have sold an item of personal property for cash, or a statement from an investment custodian showing that you sold a financial asset such as a stock or a bond.

5. If you have deposited the proceeds of a time deposit (e.g GIC’s as they are known in Canada), a notice if redemption of the account and the date the account was established.

The goal with all this documentation will be to prove not only that you have sufficient settlement funds, but to show that you acquired the funds without borrowing them.
Thank you. 1 question, do they require deposit slips of the time frame they mentioned in adr or what.?

Yes. Send them sufficient proof about that. Try to get Bank manager's letter as well.

I just received pnp nomination for Saskatchewan under federal skill sub category. I was not prepared for it and need guidance from ppl who applied before. I don't have birth certificate and experience letter as I am still with my 1st company and they will not provide any experience letter. Currently I am not in India so wanted to check if I submit birth certificate fom Indian embassy will it still be valid. I have 13 yrs of experience with the same company and has all the letters from the date of joining including pay slips and promotion letters. I got time till 20th Oct to submit the documents and pay the fees. Any help from the experienced people who has gone through this stage please share your thoughts and inputs. Thanks

Birth certificate is must. Yes, you can try for embassy certificate.
How did you submit Provincial application without experience letter?
Try for that.
