Industry Lingo on Job Responsibilities

I was wondering about industry lingo being an issue for the person looking over the job responsibilities for Express Entry profile.

For example part of my responsibility is to take a TA of every sample sent to customer. Anyone in the industry would know TA stands for Titratable Acid, but average person would not. Should it be spelled out or is having TA fine?

Definitely should be spelled out.

Assume that the intended audience knows nothing about the industry. This is meant for immigration agents, not industry people.

Definitely needs to be spelled out, immigration agents should be able to make out what you meant.
