I really don't know. I can only tell you that upon the successful fingerprint booking, my wife and I got a receipt with the title:
"APPOINTMENT BOOKING FOR COC"
and then:
"Appointment Type:
Fingerprint Scanning & Collection"

I assume collection here means the COC. I hope i'm right because we also already booked a flight and hotel and everything.
They issue COC within 30 mins after submitting the fingerprints.

You already submitted the fingerprint and got COC?
Here are my timelines:
1) Appeal filed on 14 July
2) Appeal approved on 19 July ( 4 Business days)
3) Payment made and application for COC application filled on 20 July
4) Acceptance of COC application on 21 July
5) Fingerprints handed over in person to SPF on 26 July
6) COC issued and collected on 26 July (They issued within 20 mins)

Has anyone been able to check their COC application status via the SPF website for the past few days?

I submitted my fingerprints via DHL on 30 July. DHL said one SPF person received the delivery on 31st July. From 31st July to 2nd Aug, I kept checking the online status but it kept saying "Accepted, pending fingerprints". From 3rd Aug to now, whenever I logged into the SPF COC website to check the status, after inputting my application details, the website keeps loading for a very long time and then show the timeout error message.

"Singapore Police Force website and e-services are undergoing system maintenance and are currently not available.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

A timeout occurred
The origin web server timed out responding to this request."
Was wondering if SPF is having any maintenance, and what is the way to get contact with SPF about my applications status in this case? This is the only pending item before I can submit my PR application.

Many thanks!

Was wondering if they have any maintenance or so, otherwise what is the way to get contact with SPF about my applications status?

Many thanks!
Try this one: https://eservices.police.gov.sg/content/policehubhome/homepage/enquiry/status-of-coc-application.html

Yes I used this URL too but after I keyed in my application details it keeps hanging and then shows the error message.

Is it because I've logged in trillion times for the past week they are blocking my IP address? Do you guys have any problems checking your status using this link?

Thanks!
I am also getting maintenance message. Call them tomorrow.

Hello guys. I applied for coc appeal last Aug 4 without ITA. I just included LOE and supporting docs. I put in the online application, the start of my stay as the date on my employment pass letter December 2008 - September 2012. I remember my employment end date is August 31 2012 but i stayed until sept 12. I cant remember though if I was given automatic social pass status after my pass ended. Then I entered SG on November 2008 so i was only on social visit pass that time. Before I applied for appeal, I emailed SPF and they replied that they do not issue coc to social visit pass. Is this ok that I only included dec 2008 to sept 2012? Also How can I check that my appeal is rejected or approved?

When you applied, you should have put the first day you entered Singapore even with the social pass until the last day you stayed in SG.

My COC included my social visit dates, which is 2 months before the issue date of my EP.

I don’t think there is a way to change it. Maybe you can apply for a new COC with the correct dates, or keep the current application and attach an LOE that SPF is not issuing COC for social visit as this is also the case for others, not for me though.
