How to get kuwait PCC from Kuwait?

Hello Friends,

Can anyone share the procedure to get pcc from kuwait? I have received ITA but to complete the application, I have to upload the pcc.I am an Indian residing with my husband on dependent visa.

I thoroughly gone through the cic link and it is given kuwait residents have to give LOE . Later to get letter from canadian embassy requesting for pcc frm kuwait. We went and enquired canadian embassy. They asked us to bring a form after completing our application. A form will b generated after validation they said. But some of my frnds who already completed the application said that no such form will b generated. An UCI code will be generated and after completing my form the cic send a letter requesting kuwait ministry for pcc. Then I shall apply.

But what worries me is time. I dont hve much time. Its said that they only give a week time to upload kuwait pcc. I dont knw hw long the process will take.

Can we just go and ask for pcc frm kuwait external affairs?Is there any one who got pcc for canada frm kuwait? Pls share ur experience.

You do not need Kuwait PCC upfront to submit eAPR. Just follow the instructions mentioned.

Hi Lina,

All you have to do is get a blank form from the embassy situated in Mansouriya. Kindly note that you have to show your ITA and other documents so that they give you the blank form. Please head to Dhajeej Farwaniya (Adela ajenaea) along with the form, your passport copy, civil id and 2 passport size photos. They will take your picture and finger prints. At the end, you will be given a receipt so dont lose it and keep it in safe place. Within a week you will get your Good Conduct Certificate.

Thank you for explanation. Can i send my father to get this process done?. When i checked cic website it says i can arrange a representative provided power of attorney. As per the above statement by you "they will take your picture and finger prints". So my question is.
1. can i arrange my father as a representative to go to Canada embassy to get the form?
2. If the ministry of interior Kuwait wants to take picture and fingerprints, then my fathers will be taken. isn't it enough?

I went to the embassy, and they told me they will give the form only once I submit my application.

You will need a 'PCC request form' from the Canadian Embassy in Kuwait. For Canadian embassy to issue you the request form, you will need 1. completed application form (IMM0008), a copy of the ITA and passport copies of the applicants (principal and spouse).

Here is a caveat; i went on Wednesday (24th April) with my express entry application form (which I've saved while applying ) and the copy of my ITA letter and both me and my spouse went, they issued it. another person on the whatsapp group went today (30th April), they were stern for the IMM0008 form. See which one works for you. Good luck!

Hello guys. I am just wondering if there is someone here with same experience.

This morning, i went to get Police Clearance certificate from dept of criminal evidence in farwaniya. When I entered their office, there is this guy who collected my requirements (passport size photo, copy of civil id and passport and the letter from embassy). After that he give me a small paper and was told to come back after 10days. I was NOT asked to have my finger print scanned and a snap of photo on their office and i am worried that i might probably missed the procedure.

I remember when i came here 5mos ago, my company assisted us in a police station where they get my photo and fingerprint for our civil id. Would it be possible that the reason why i was not asked today for finger print and photo is because they can use my fingerprint record that i made 5mos ago?

Letter and they said come and collect it in 10 days. 10 days have passed and today he went there and they said it’s not ready yet and they didn’t give any timeline.

I have the same problem i ask for my PCC from kuwait 5 months ago and every time my friend do to check they told him its not ready last time they took his phone number and told him that we will call u back.. i sent an explanation to cic with an affidavit and im in background check from long time

Dear ALL
PCC Kuwait is easy and within 1 week chance to get if everything is soon.

After nomination go directly to Canadian embassy Kuwait along with nomination letter for to collect PCC forms for your or spouse or dependents.
Then go to Dajeej Farwaniya Finger Print Office (8AM-12 PM) along with Civil ID Kuwait /Passport/1 picture blue background. Staple one by one individually submit it on Reception. They give u small slip along with red color no. sticker and receptionist mention the submit date.
for Indians within 3-10 days may have chance but Pakistani/Bangladesh or Arabia nationals take more time to process. If delay u can approach mudir same building inside or to go south surrah ministry for to speed up ur good conduct certificate.

It was my personal experience that I got within 1 week PCC Kuwait but my Pakistani national friend got after 15 days by approach south surrah ministry.
