Hi all,

I attended IELTS exam on July 28th.As I was checking the answers, I found out that 40th ans of listening is listed as carpet. But iam curious to find out how many of you wrote as Corporate? As in ‘The Corporate Case’

I wrote it as businessman as this case is realated to businessman

pls note its carpet not carpets (plural)

it is carpets case not 'carpet' as we all have been thinking.. although I'm not sure if Audio only said Carpet.. here's the proof..

You were right.. its Carpets as per the resources found for that case online... although Audio may have just said 'carpet' we're not sure about it now.. carpets might be the right answer.

Think it was something about the purpose of visiting the farm in person is to know about farm/farmer's day to day working methods or something.

Listening Q.40 is Carpet not Carpet's case as available on many websites. I clearly remember that because my pencil had fallen at that moment and I stopped short of picking it up to listen carefully first.

Hmm... how sure are you ? I wrote Carpet too, but I doubt that now, but I was confident about hearing Carpet only.
