i Had same answers but not 3rd which i answered as True

Yea for that one I answered Not Given since the text made no mention about any courses

True, as the supervisor must show his license, credential (previous training)

1) He was feeling ashamed talking about personal life option A
2)He has learnt some statistics option B

Feeling ashamed is wrong.. Answer is he was reluctant to talk about it

For the statistics, my answer is right, but I have forgotten the choices, can someone remind here please.
