This is where they got the railway line reading passage I think :

https://www.theguardian.com/uk/gallery/2013/mar/03/britain-10-best-rail-journeys
Bang on! could someone confirm there was no question on this, although it was part of the passage ?

Oxford › Hereford
The Cotswold line service carries passengers through the rolling hills of Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire and on to the more rugged charms of Herefordshire via Great Malvern, which has one of the finest stations in the country. The line carries on over the Ledbury viaduct, one of the glories of the line, which was built using 5m bricks, enough to make 300 homes, and on to Hereford.

I have found the source of Listening Section 4.

It's called Textile Industry of the Australian Aboriginal and the passage in the test has been referenced from here:- http://archive.maas.museum/hsc/paperbark/contemporary.html

Found in article for question 38 not sure if correct!
The imagery is of snakes and lizards moving really quickly across the Australian terrain. Just as Cathy does, not only in Australia but on the world stage.

Yes no answer in this passage . Passage was just redundant.

I remember they had one location Hereford or Herferodshire something in one para. It was the last word in 4 or 5th paragraph.

thanks for all of your responses, just gives some relief to know and discuss all these, so there are no surprises on result day. I need the CLB9 badly than ever before. Cannot afford more time investment on this and this was my second time. Just hoping Writing fetches good score, I wrote well in first attempt and got 7 but this time I was out of ideas and may be deviated a little from topic in task 2, couldn't keep up with time and rushed in the end. I'd just re-evaluate if I get 6.5, I'm sick of this already.

For me, this was third attempt. Missed by 0.5 in listening in 1 and 2 attempts.

1st attempt:
Overall 8.0, L 7.5, R 9.0, W 7.0, S 8.0

2nd attempt:
Overall 7.5, L 7.5, R 7.0, W 7.5, S 8.5

Listening section, supposed to be the simplest among 4, makes or breaks the whole exam. Hope you make it this time.

Does anyone remember the questions for 13 and 14 in listening? Why are 3 words(help with water) mentioned in the answer for 14? Was it an mcq?

In reading, there was a question about the type of people funding Frank Goddio. There were 2 paragraphs mentioning it. The one that comes first mentions about private individuals. The one that comes later mentions about people who made a lot of money and are willing to contribute back to society. I went with the later paragraph in my answer,

And that is correct.
