Traveling in-land with a PGWP

Hello! I have a question that I can’t find an answer for.
I’m currently a study permit holder and will apply for PGWP in the beginning of September but need to travel from Ontario to Saskatchewan on the 15th. I’ve been told that PGWP needs around 2 months to finish, but I’ll have a temporary document in the mean time. Can I travel in-land with this document? When will I get it? Thank you!

No idea what you mean by a temporary document but all you need to travel on a plane domestically is an ID as per below shown on Air Canada so a passport is easiest to use just for ID not because you need a passport to travel domestically and per the link there are other options. There are no immigration checks for domestic flights just that someone has a valid id (preferably picture id)and that matches the name on the ticket/boarding pass.
