for both ages, the course is mandatory to get final license

From what I recall the advanced course only reduced the time you were needed to wait to get your license. So it wasn't necessary, but it let you get your license quicker and that's why I put false.

yes there was no training what i remember, may be 38 was Rainbow 37 was family
