Your MR took longer... It could be their mistake.

If all those 7 years in Canada were legal, tax assessments and information on earnings match, and provided there was no mistake, what seems to be the case, your application seems super simple, so considering the 4 months delay on MR based on the 9 month average, and that jan-feb 2017 applicants, including from India, are getting their PR now...You should be getting yours in 2-3 months. Maybe sooner.

Hold just a little bit more. Then it is all over. Hang in tight!
Thats the prob my everything is leagal! Worked in one place from last 5 years. According to their requirements! Filling up the tax. Everything is simple and straight. No prb in job at all. Like idk why? Whats the reason behind delay this much. And you think still need to wait 2-3 months. Thats break my heart and hope once again.

Sorry to break your hopes, not intentional. Know that that is based on a delay that happened before medicals. Because the background time won't change, I added the delay to the math, but that is just an estimative.

Don't panic. What you have to see is that it will come soon.

And to show you a good timeline, a guy from July 2017 just got it. If you are lucky like him, you may be getting it now. I just hope this doesn't make you even more anxious. It is better to aim for the best, but prepare for the worst.

ok, so your application was undergoing security check at the time of your notes, that's what PS means (Public Safety).

I would suggest ordering notes from CSIS and CBSA, they will show you if you are under Security Screening and maybe that's what's taking so long.
These notes take longer though, 8 weeks at least.

I completely understand your frustration, it's very hard to stay positive when you've been in this country so long, established life here and paid taxes.

After ordering csis and cbsa notes still I can’t do anything to speedup. I can’t ask them to do it fast. So ordering notes and checking out the locations it makes me more stressed out. So from now i stop calling them. Checking online. And all. Bcoz i have done everything local MP inquiry and representative also send them email via web form two weeks ago. Even no resuto him. I gave up on everything. Just sitting and waiting. Thats all.

Brother without any offence, you have gone too far, made it too complicated, things dont work this way what u have assumed, i am pretty sure you had the good intentions to help everyone but trust me there are little bit more to that. There are lazy officers, some times deployed on other tasks like refugees cases, E.E etc and then some visa officer go on vacations for 2 months even, i am working in government so i know how government institutes work here. You are right on most of the points but trust me they dont do the through background check on every application but on sampling basis, some of the application and crystal clear but still takes time cuz of the through back ground check where they even verify the high school diploma from back home.

Luck definitely plays a big role too, its like some people get the ticket for speeding but some get away. I know u will argue on my points but l have seen so many examples where people got the P.R on fake documents and people with everything in the line waited for more than 28 months.

Off course there are few things which we will never be able to know, how do they work, how CBSA or CSIS do the back ground check but in the end, IRCC really need to change the way they are currently working, they need more people and different set of priorities. Provincial nomination 19 months time is ridiculous where people from abroad are getting their P.Rs in 4 5 months. who dont have canadian experience, education and havent spend 5 6 years here. Will take time to adjust, increase their communication skills, get a job ,driver license etc etc and use the government resources which is our tax money.

I won't argue, and more points are what I would like to gather for the good of everyone, and you are right.

Now for the fake documents, I don't know how they can make it. Either they are perfect or the fake experience or something else was not needed. Here is one GCMS note showing the extent of the investigation from ircc to avoid fake documents.

Then, the link about the CSIS mentioned that, in sepsepar phases, they even go personally to villages.

I have never seen anyone who ever admitted to fake anything after getting the PR, but I have seen contradictions for people who needed some more CRS points and I have seen people that I think "wtf, how did this person got the PR?" which I saw many times, usually with people too young with less work experience and less degrees and not very good English, or people with horrible English and that were not refugees.

The difference between inland and Outland is also stupid.

I just don't think the time is random. Some background takes time because of the specialists/country and countries lived, but it is usually within that 4-8 timeframe.
