Hey guys,

I'm just wondering if YULIA or someone from the forum kept track of PGP 2016 applications, just so people can have an idea of how long it could take for their PGP to be processed. Whenever I call CIC, they always said "You know that we are working on applications received in 2014".

Curious

YEP, I keep track 2016
but better to compare to 2017, 2016 was long time ago, medical for many people is expired and they redo medical. Looks like that's my scenario as well

Greetings everyone. I was checking the 2018 tracker and noticed the majority of users are able to get results on ECAS.

Is it the sponsor's information to be used or the principal applicant?

As far the identification type, does "-" is required to be typed in?

Is it normal to not receive any results when inquiring about the sponsor's ECAS as the application was delivered to CIC Ottawa's mailbox on May 23rd?
Yes, it's normal. My application was delivered on May 8th and ECAS only became active roughly 2 weeks ago. I got AOR 1 week ago.

Given, bulk of the applications would've been delivered between the 2nd week to last week of May, it may take some time for your ECAS status to update.

They are still processing 2017 applications and most people medical have expired?

2016 could be relevant too, if they have had their PRs. Have 2016 applicants got PRs yet or they still waiting like the rest of us?

Thanks for the reply Yulia, as always!

Thanks.
