Fractional job experience query

I've 3 years & 6 months job experience .While filling sinp expression of interest or express entry profile how many years of experience should I select?
4 years or 3 years? I mean fractional months will be counted or not?

3 years of course. You can only select 4 years if you actually have four years of work experience.

the EE does not allow you to choose exact days although the experience letters would state it. but for the purpose of evaluation, would CIC consider the actual dates or only look at the months ?
cuz just looking at months could possibly give a slight misrepresentation compared to the actual timeline spent at those work places right ?
