Hello guys...A quick question...How do the sponsor can link his/her application to the online account? I am the principal applicant and I was able to link my application but my wife who is the sponsor is not able to link her application...Any idea of how to do it? Thank you so much...
 
Only one person can link. Either the sponsor or the PA

Thank you very much and do you know how the sponsor (my wife) can change/update her address? It is not possible trough the online tool and we do not know how to do it through the Webform since some info are asked in the Applicant Information and we don't know if it is my info or her info the one we must write down...

Webform as well as she can log into her ecas and change it at the top of the screen. Te deseo mucho paz y suerte en ese tiempo

Thank you..She was finally able to change through the webform but didnt let me know so I changed her address too with the webform..do you think that could be a problem that she changed her address and I changed her address too? Thanks

Good morning. Do you know how to contact IRCC to ask them if they received my Schedule A? I sent it to them on June 26 and since I didnt recieve any update or notification email to let me know they received then I sent it back to them 3 days ago..both ways through Webform but my account has not update about it...thanks
