I'm new to this forum. I sent my citizenship application in Oct 16, 2017 and wrote the test on May 24th at the Scarborough center. Now the status is DM. I'm wondering what percentages of October applicants have already been invited for ceremony and what percentage are still waiting? Any idea what is the waiting time? Thanks

Rough percentages can be calculated from the tracking sheet (link in my signature). Scarborugh is all over the map. Some August/September applicants from last year are also waiting for oath invites. It's hard to predict. Since your test was conducted so late, you may be get the invite soon (within next 2 months ?). Typically wait time from DM to oath for Scarborrough is 4-6 months.

Also, they recently hired more citizenship judges for the GTA region. We're all hoping it speeds things up.

I am just wondering anyone who took the exam on the similar date but already receive the oath ceremony invitation? Thanks!

The waiting game should be over soon for most Oct applicants, Scarborough office is moving

Application sent: August 9, 2017
Application received: August 11, 2017
Acknowledged: September 18, 2017
Start Processing: September 22, 2017
Notice to write test: January 11, 2018
Test: February 6, 2018 (Scarborough)
Oath letter: July 3, 2018
Oath: August 1, 2018 (Mississauga)

May I ask if ur status changed to In process before receiving the path invitation or not?
Mine .got DM since Feb 6 but it changed to In process before a week...I don't know why
I love in Mississauga but wrote the test in Scarborough but they transfered my file again to Mississauga

The spreadsheet are the samples collected from the members in this forum. It can provide some references/ideas that how the citizenship application process went through from each region/city and date, though they are only samples.
