Refusal

Hello guys,
I took admission in evergreen college,
With IELTS 5.5 bands score.
Now I got rejection
Resons are that
1) I will not leave Canada
2) language qualification insufficient.
So what is solution for this

While so many candidates got vis with 5.5 bands

Now ,What I need to do,

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your language qualifications are insufficient,

sorry for the late reply..

the purpose of visit could mean so many things relating to weak SOP, course mismatch/irrelevancy, future plans etc

did you take any language testing exam? if yes, what was your overall score and band module?

you should try to request for your gcms notes

Do you know that this is a private college and you will not get PGWP after you finish?
