Anyone know how to put the dates on the IMM 5669, I got an update from immigration that there should be no gap in the dates provided for Question 6th and 7th.......For example dates that I had was from 2008 - 05 to 2008 - 05 my husband was unemployed and than, from 2008 - 06 to 2010 - 07...he was a student.....Anyone know if there's a gap from 2008 - 05 to 2008 - 06? Please let me know how to correct it now? If I say he was unemployed from 2008 - 05 to 2008 - 06...are they going to question why I didn't mention that before? for the gap from May to June?

That's the thing....I didn't get any kind of form...all they said is that they need the Schedule A: Declaration form (IMM 5669) with original signature and asked that there should be no gaps in the dates provided AND also asked for a receipt of information from client to provide full details of my husband's police service....did you send any letter? Is it like a job letter that they are looking for? I am confused and not sure what to do :(
we got form from them in march they sent to our lawyer that form we gave all information to him

You could refill the form and send it via web form. You can say "Not employed" during that time. When you send in the updated form you could mention you forgot to account for that time period. We are only human :)
