Processing time for spousal visa - Sri Lanka

Hi,
Its been a month since my file is transferred to colombo. My ecas line changed to in processing but no change in gckey at all. Background check hasnt started yet. Any idea on whats happening. Does this mean that my processing hasnt started yet. Please advice.

I sent them an email saying that our wedding anniversary is in June 28 and that we’re also expecting a baby. (Both are true) They dispatched his passport in less than 8 hrs.
