Yes, you should get it. The cut-off date is the "draw" time:

I do not agree , they are not fools, they are doing what they think is the best. They have increased draw size and not decreased.

I don't see much positives from this draw. The amount of people entering every day has increased a lot and probably at its record high at the moment.
March 23 Draw which cleared all above 441. We have 317+2596+1092+200 =4205 profile entering in 441 and above in just 16 days. that is 263 profile entering in that region per day. Now with this amount of profile every two weeks we will have 3682 new profile and even with a 3750 ITAs draw, there is no chance for the score coming down below 441 again.
I want to be positive but don't know how you can see positive from the above mentioned stat. Things looking really bleak for 440 and below scoring people.

so I assume the next draw would be around 444 or 456 and the draw after that it is gonno be 443 and the one after that 441 or 442 and then they probably skip again once it reached 440! so if you are at 442 give yourself 2-3 months till it gets to you
My bad, I thought FST and PNP are counted as two separate draws.err...what?
If draw had happened on 6th June, cut off wud still have been around 440-442 as per the pool data available for 8th june. So IRCC wants to maintain above 440 theory and thats the reason draw didnt happen on 6th june is not correct
