See it completely depends on what you are lacking...Ielts examiners check your writing based on their band descriptors and its a water tight compartment...you have to first identify your weakness in terms of TR, CC, LR and GRA and then focus on exactly where you are losing your score. Finally, its nothing but practice which can help you get your desired band.

I think, you need more speaking and writing practice. After reading your post, I feel you are making grammatical errors while writing.
For example:
"Guys, I gave exam 4 times and did not got desired band" should be "Guys, I have given the exam 4 times and did not get desired band"
There are many similar mistakes throughout your post (I am considering, you gave thought behind your writing).
I am not judging you, just trying to help you get a better score.
Thank you for drawing my attention toward my mistakes. I think I now have to work more on those mistakes.
One more tip will be, don't be in a hurry to give the next exam. Based on your initial post, you gave the exams quite frequently.
