future generation to move to canada

hello all.
I want my kids to have schooling and persue medical carrer in canada. We (husband /wife) both are doctors in govt set up in India earnig a total of 1.5 L /month ? We dont have any relative and friend in canada. how to proceed . Have daughter in 5th class . Plz guide how to proceed?
