Request of RPRF : 24 April
Paid on same day and receipt uploaded

Since then - they are evaluating Additional Documents Uploaded (RPRF Receipt) and stage is same: IP1

Question: Usually I had seen that PPR request comes within 10 days of RPRF upload but in my case, it clearly seems different. Can someone please clarify as to how much time does it take from RPRF --> IP2 / PPR

Need you suggestion and understanding of the email received by CIC
I got an email from CIC on friday from CIC-Etobicoke-Landings@cic.gc.ca

It was mentioned like below

"Attached to this email is a letter indicating the date and time of your permanent resident landing interview at CIC Etobicoke. Please print this letter and bring it with you to your interview. Also attached is a document detailing the photo requirements for your confirmation of permanent residence document."

I am confused with this email, i have not received any email on PPR and this is asking about attending a landing interview.. Confused what going to be in interview. Did someone faced similar situation?

Landing interview itself is a ppr. And if u pass interview, they will print COPR

Nah. Just standard questions. Bring two photos and all required docs. Someone in previous post just passed it and they printed the COPR. Some candidates have different routes. I mean I would prefer an interview landing because u don’t need to book appointment or go to border or even saving money and time by sending and receiving passport

Guys, i just got a ghost update! I got excited until i realised that my Medical has gone from “You passed the medical exam” back to “You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message of this changes”. Still officially reflects IP1. This seems like a step backward. Should i be worried?

In IP1 since late March.
