There is a lot of Scarborough applicants who have DM some even pass 6 months they are next door to YWCA come on IRCC rent the space make the Oath ceremony a little larger let’s say about 200 people with 3 Ceremony that will clear about 600 people in one day.

Yap they should hire me volunteer :p those who got DM , I will clear everyone in one week so pray for me to be the next immigration citizenship officer :D:D:p

It's not unusual, that's for sure. I don't think there is a such thing as "normal".

Ask us...
“Normally” we should have had our oath
Actually, if you really want to be accurate... "normal" is what we are experiencing for this office. They are making their obligated timelines, so to expect it to happen sooner is an exception, not normal. So I would say that normally we have to wait 10-12 months and sometimes longer in the Scarborough office. :)

I actually think what you have suggested is doable. I wonder why they have not tried it unless they just do not care about the backlog. I wonder how performance is being evaluated in the organization.

Totally normal for Scarborough. They started processing my file in November and I only did my test on April 9th.

I think they would argue that if they are meeting timelines, there is no backlog.

July 1st will clear hundreds out.
