I'm at 432 since Jan'18. Done with IELTS
L - 8.5 R - 7.5 S - 7.5 W - 7
Don't know if I can get through this year or not. Current trend, global immigration impact etc factors are making it very difficult.
Could any one can give a mathematical prediction for 432? :(
No one could predict this even IRCC at the moment I guess.
But it will be interesting to see once the score reaches 436-438, because on an average approx 3500 ppl are entering with a score of more than 435/436 every two weeks.. so the CRS will become stagnant hence there is a chance of them doing something different. In the process score could go lower or higher. We have to believe it will go southwards.

Hi Everyone,

I just got ITA yesterday and I have started filling my application. Please I need help on the Work/Personal History section.

The Work Experience in my EE profile was as follows:

1. Company A: 10 months (with NOC code 4121)
2. Company B: 11 months (with NOC code 4121)
3. Company C: 7 months (with NOC code 4121)
4. Company D: 1-year NYSC (with NOC code 3131)

I intend to claim points for Companies A, B and C ONLY. Can the three companies be combined? Because none of the three are up to 1-year.

So please my questions are:

1). Since I am not claiming points for Company D (NOC 3131), should I delete Company D from Work History and place it under Personal History? Will deleting Company D affect my application?

2). For Company B, her job title was Health Care Assistant where her actual job responsibilities are under NOC 4121 (Health and Social Care). But in the NOC list, Health Care Assistant is under NOC 3413 (Nurse and patient services associates). Please what should I do?

Many thanks.

Hi all,
I haven't created an EE profile as yet. The ECA is done, IELTS is CLB 9 and the CRS tool gives me 396.I am in a regulated profession. Have been following the ROH threads and now believe that the only option left is learning French......or is there any hope for some miraculous PNP even at this score?
what about an MBA? do you have one? that will add 50 points up

430 is already on the card if 3 draw happens in May, if not then CRS not gonno go below 430 this year for sure, 23rd May draw will be to watch coz no IELTS result will come out....after 4th may result ielts test date is 13th may n result will be 25th may so surely 435 all will be flushed out

I am yet to receive ITA from yesterday's draw. I know it can take up to 24 hrs, but just wanted to know if all the members who were expecting ITA, have they received ITA already or still waiting.

App. Filed.......
30-DEC-2017
PR Card processing timeline is 57 Days and not actual PPR time. I would advise to wait for 2-3 months more and land together instead of applying on Spouse Sponsorship post arrival in Canada which can take 10-14 months more. Choice is yours. Best Wishes.! :)

I have applied as married non-accompanied because anyway my husband would take 6 months - 1yr to come to Canada.
I am on a career break since a year and cannot wait any longer. with my husband's score, my score will reduce to 428 which according to current trend will take a lot of time. If your case is similar you can apply as single applicant i feel

Hi ALL,
My Reference letter include almost everything except my boss's name> he did sign, but his name was not printed there. Can I get his business card and explain this..?
Also, when it comes to the length of my service , it was month/year -month/ year instead of d/m/y..... However, I claimed 1 year ex. from the 35 months part-time work, so it essentially did not matter.
I would greatly appreciate any help from you experts.
Thanks!!!

I have received mine after couple of hours of draw. Check the system often, mails are even later than the system update.
Good luck!

Hello,

I created another thread for my question, but this one is more active. Maybe someone here can advise?

Greetings,

How do one became eligible for FST?

My application shows: Federal Skilled Trades Not Met

My work history in last 5 years:
May 2014 - May 2015 foreign work experience NOC 7XYZ
Dec 2016 - Now Canadian work experience NOC 7XYZ

Above gives me more than 24 months in the same NOC during last 5 years.

CLB English - 12/10/8/7
CASH to Canada $16,000
My NOC is not regulated in Canada or abroad.
I have LMiA
Job offer from the same employer.

Any idea why would i not be eligible?

skilled trade occupation, and who

  • intend to reside in a province other than the province of Quebec;
  • meet the minimum language proficiency threshold set by the Minister for proficiency in English or French for each of the four language skill areas;
  • have acquired at least two years of full-time work experience (or the equivalent in part-time work experience) in the skilled trade occupation specified in the application for permanent residence during the five years before the date of the application. This work experience must have been acquired after becoming qualified to independently practice that occupation, according to the regulations in place where the work was performed;
  • have met the relevant employment requirements of that skilled trade occupation as set out in the National Occupation Classification (NOC), except for the requirement to obtain a certificate of qualification issued by a competent provincial authority; and
  • have an offer of employment for continuous full-time work for a total period of at least one year from up to two employers in that skilled trade occupation orhold a certificate of qualification in that skilled trade from a Canadian provincial or territorial authority.

Yes I agree about no IELTS results.
But look at the profile distribution in this range:(my assumption is 7100 till date)
431 - 500
432 - 1000; 433 - 1000; 434 - 500
435 - 1000; 436 - 600; 437 - 500
438 - 1000; 439 - 500; 440 - 500.
Let's say may9th we reach 439.
Assuming we have draws on may16th and may23rd, in that case we reach 436 and possibly 433 max in the 3rd draw..
So 430 even 432 is not possible at all.

This is just my calculation, happy and wanted to be proven wrong.
