Need help uploading documents

There are some documents which are in Arabic and I’m getting them translated in English. The translator instead of attaching both documents (the translated and the original document) with a staple machine, uses a small golden ring type of seal which cannot be removed. Now I’ve to upload these documents in my online account. Should I ask my translator to not attach both documents? Is that how it is done? Because the scanned document will look a bit off (the corners being folded) I hope I’m making sense

You must provide certified translations in either English or French for all documents that are not already in English or French.
