YOU CAN PAY 1100 FOR NOW / TO SAVE MONEY/ AND PAY RPRF LATER/AFTER SPONSOR APPROVAL/
doesnt have effect to case, up to you

Just a heads up! IRCC has categorically recommended to pay everything upfront. As per IRCC, that will help in faster processing.

2018-01-01 to Present Just mention income till date for 2018?????

2016-01-01 to 2016-12-31 Gross Income as per NOA for 2016
2015-01-01 to 2015-12-31 Gross Income as per NOA for 2015

How did the other fills out this????

Hi folks,

I have a question. My mother is visually impaired, would it be considered a "disease". I have spoken to a lawyer at lengths about this. She suggested that there was no other way but to go through the PGP route and appeal later if rejected for medical inadmissibility.

What should I fill in for Schedule A/Background declaration form, Q4k? Is a disability considered a disease? Confused.

Suggestions please. Thank you!

I put in exactly like how you did. 2018-01-01 to present. I figured it didn't hurt.

I don't think you called it a "disease" but it's a health condition and is she being treated?

I guess you have to try and see if she can pass medical.

Thanks! Nope, no treatment. She is considered clinically blind. No treatment thereafter. I understand that medical grounds holds the key to success of my application in future
But confused what should I do now - just say no or say yes and give an explanation.

It is tricky because they don't define "serious disease" and lawyer told me several disability advocates are fighting for that clause in the medical inadmissibility guideline. It is an "ableist" argument for them to discriminate based on a disability she said. I guess we will know in future.

sure they recommend-to get more money but imagine you case will be rejected - it takes long time to get money back and plus there is a period b/w SA and medical request and a lot of time to pay, I told -up to people  we paid it and what, still waiting PPR

Thanks! That is good to know.
So would you recommend I answer "Yes" and say that she is visually impaired but on no further medical treatment for the condition.

Don't worry, the application of eligible sponsors will not be rejected and probably they will be processed faster too. Also, you will get a good response soon. Being said that, we should suggest fellow applicants to do all what it takes to ensure a hick-up free process by paying RPRF in advance, by ensuring the application package doesn't have any mistakes, and the required supporting documents are provided.

I have 2 jobs on 3 taxation year, this is what I did:
From To. Employer Name. Address. Phone no. Gross income. Family size
2018. Present. Job #1 Canada 1 1234567 Month to date 1 4
2018. Present. Job #2. Canada 2 2345678. Month to date 2. 4
2017/01/01 2017/12/31 Job #1 Canada 1. 1234567. Box 14 of T4. 4
2017/01/01. 2017/12/31. Job #2. Canada 2 2345678. Box 14 of T4. 4
2016/01/01. 2016/12/31. Job#1. Canada 1. 1234567. Box 14 of T4. 4
2016/01/01. 2016/12/31. Job#2. Canada 2. 2345678. Box 14 of T4. 4
2015/01/01. 2015/12/31. Job#1. Canada 1. 1234567. Box 14 of T4. 4
2015/01/01. 2015/12/31. Job#2. Canada 2. 2345678. Box 14 of T4. 4

I filled up that way, because it is asking for employment history, addresses ,phone no., for the last three consecutive taxation years. Family size is 4 , I am sponsoring both my parents. I'm living with my common law partner, no dependants.

Thanks

Hi Everyone

So me my wife are planning to sponsor my mother. We just have a question regarding the LICO.

We had our 1st child in 2017 which now makes us a family of 3. Total of 4 including my mother.

Does this mean that in counting our family size, we count our family size as 3 (me, wife, mother) in 2015, 2016, and then family size of 4 in 2017 including our son? If so, do we have to specifically clarify this when submitting our application?

Thank you for the response.
