Hello everybody

please need advice:
- We have a profile with a score 423.
- We are waiting for a nominee ; the agent said may be we will get it by May !!!!
- Our profile and language test expires by 23 rd September 2018
Do you think if we get invitation by June is it OK for the expiry dates of language test ?
- Some one told us that we should take an other exam

Please can any one advise us
Looking at the number people entering EE, It seems highly unlikely that score will fall to 423 in near future. Your agent might be giving you some positive hopes but its better to realistic also. If you can improve your score by reappearing for IELTS you must definitely do so.

hello everyone, please I need some advice :

Is it possible to claim points from foreign education (ECA) after got the ITA? I did not claim the point before ITA, but I want to claim the point now, because after some changes, my points is below the cut off score now.

Or is it better that I decline the ITA and make a new profile ?

Thank you

Very strange question, if you already have ITA with you then why you want to claim points now? How will that help you? The whole purpose of points is to to get an ITA which you already have. Or are you trying to say that your ealier points were due to some mistake/misrepresentation on your part which once corrected leads to a drop in score? If it is latter then you should definitely reject ITA.

Hi hope 2018, thank you for the advice. Yes, I made some mistake for my education history. That makes my point goes down from 445 to 430 which is below the cut off points.

So, I was wondering if I should

1.add my ECA to claim the point now? I did not put my ECA before received the invitation because there was some problem with it, and because its taking too long (almost 4 months) so last time I decided to not put it in. (However, its been fixed and mailed to me just as the day I got my ITA )

2. Or, I can just decline this, make a new express entry profile again with the new score (with my bachelor degree) .

I have one more question,

After declining an ITA, how long before I can get into the pool again? should I create a new profile or just use the same profile ?

Thank you

Can any one clarify me about my experience..

1.Worked for an Indian company as an Electrical Engineer from June 2012 to sep 2015

2.Took an annual leave in my indian company from jan 2013 to march 2013 to work for shutdown project in Qatar as an Electrical Engineer and came back and joined back to my Indian Company.
3.Took again an annual leave in my indian company from jan 2014 to may 2014 to work for a similar shutdown project in qatar as an electrical engineer and joined back in may 2014.
All my work is continous without even a single weeks gap. The only thing concerned is that I worked for a different company during my annual leave tenure. I believe this should not put me in problems.

Also do i need to provide PCC from Qatar. I havent stayed in Qatar for 6 months in a row.

Replies from experts please

Can anybody explain me the various steps of WES and duration of time for each step. For example, my documents were received by WES on 02-April-2018. Since then it is showing as "document received, review under progress". What would be the next steps and how much time for each step.

Normally they would take 20-25 days after the documents have been checked and found to be in order. Once your documents are accepted to be in order your timeline status on WES account would show that your ECA is under review.
Hope his helps.

Hey guys,
As advised by mr.preetsingh No Objection Certiricate (NOC) is required in case of govt. deptt. to apply for PR.
(With due respect to mr.preetsingh's advice) I would like if anyone else can comment on this. I just want to confirm as it's proving very troublesome to get NOC from my deptt.
I'm working in a limited company - PSPCL (Punjab State Power Corporation Limited) in which Punjab state govt. has controlling share.
1.) Whether it will be considered govt. deptt.?
2.)If yes, Is No Objection Certificate (NOC) required ?
Thanks.

Hi experts. I am back with a couple of queries again that i am encountering while filling up my EE profile. I am sure you people will sail me through.

1. Regarding my work experience: In my current office I am involved in more that one role which in turn qualifies (i am not 100% sure but technically believe so) me to show experience in two different NOCs. I am employed with a company that also has a sister concern. So I am a manager in one and industrial designer for the other, but at the same time am on rolls of the parent company only. I am not sure if anyone has been through this before or i am being too optimistic. So here is what i want to do, in the experience section i intend to put two entries with the same time period with separate NOCs. I can arrange for this thing to be mentioned in the letter from the employers also. Now the question: is this the right way to proceed?

2. After i submit my profile is it possible to make any change in any of the forms without withdrawing?

I hope i have been clear enough to present my case here. Any help will be appreciated.

TIA
