Dear All,

I have a question relating my job experience.

I Have total 3 years of international work experience, but in those 3 years i was on maternity leave for 12 months, so is it ok if i can claim employment points for 3 years.

My employer gave me a letter for whole 3 years. ?

Do i need to mention about my maternity leave in the personal history section ?

Many Thanks in advance !

I think you should. My employer already mentioned it on my reference letter stating that maternity leaves are granted based on the laws & regulations of the country. That's my right, and it's okay to be transparent with your Visa Officer.

Hey! What did you do finally and how has it worked out for you? Please help!

hey what happened in your case?

You can’t claim maternity leave as work period. It will be clear that you likely took some time off if a baby is listed as a family member. Why risk the serious consequences of misrepresentation?
