Creation of express entry profile

I have 66 points in FSWP as of now, but on 2 May, 2018 my work experience will be 2 years and points shall be increased to 68.
Please let me know, if I can create a profile in April itself as I have hear points in express entry are accorded 1 month in advance.

Hi, I am new to this process. I just calculated my FSWP points and thats coming to 74. How far have you moved in your application as I created an EE profile but unable to submit to generate a CRS score. Can you help, pls? @DelPiero07 can you share info as well pls? Thanks!
