Did u talked to the agent.? I called them on the same number but there was an automated response which spoke about the application status as shown in the account.. I waited for 13 mins to know about the visa office but there was no agent... Hoe long u hold the call..?

I had to wait about 25 mins before an agent got connected.

According to my calculations 104 people received PPR/Rejection out of 450 whose status changed to ip2 on 27th feb.

Thats 23% in almost 26 days.

I believe while calculating the above figures you might have filtered the cases with conditional formatting based on the information mentioned in the columns. However if you have been observing the daily changes of almost each case and sometime communicating with the applicants on Myimmitracker you will realize the need to broaden the Feb 27 IP2s data for analysis. I'll request you to filter the PPRs information by column of " Date Background Check Status is in IP2" instead of the column "Last BGS Change Date" . Also kindly include those IP2s of 27 feb on the tracker whose last BGS status is still mentioning " Not applicable 2" .
I'll give you an example of Mr. Sundar Raman who is also on this forum and as well on Myimmitracker. If you see his Last BGs status , it is showing "Not applicable 2" instead of "In progress 2" also his last BGS change date is showing 13 Feb instead of 27 feb, although his background status changed to IP2on 27 Feb (as per Date Background check Status is in IP2) Please click the below link to review his case:

Mr. Sundar can testify this or correct me if I am wrong.

However when you define the filter criteria as per "Date Background Check Status is in IP2" column without filtering the last BGS status, It will include all those who's last BGS status shows Not applicable 2, but they changed to IP2 status on 27 Feb.

Also please take the time zones difference in account while defining the date. all the far-eastern countries inclining China, Korea etc. are 12 hrs ahead of CPC Canada. Most of them updated their IP2 status on 28 Feb as of their calendaric dates, however it was actually changed on 27 Feb.

Each time we login to Myimmitracker, applicants are updating their information, some very quick and some very delayed,. So number and results keep changing accordingly. It is never constant.

Please keep posting information and analysis. Different approaches and angles always enhance the outlook.

Called up IRCC and got below info regarding my case

- Completeness check > Pass
- Eligibility check > Pass
- Criminality check > Pass
- Security check > Not yet started

Me and wife don't have any travel history. Case is being processed at CPC OTTAWA. A couple of obviously questions, any changes of rejection at this stage and also when can I expect the golden email if lucky?

Mine stayed in Ottawa till the end and I had originally applied from the UAE. Only when PPR was requested did they ask me to send my passport copy to London (since I moved back to the UK in Sept '17). However, I've just moved to the Czech Republic, therefore I had to send passport copy to Austria. I assumed London would process my application as well (since I'm a Brit), but seems it stayed in Ottawa. What did your last GCMS notes say?

I haven't ordered the notes, it always seems pointless as you have to wait for them for more than 30 days, and it always seems like PPR will come quicker than that (of course, it never does). Maybe it's time to order notes now...

The only reason I never ordered for GCMS... Saying PPR will come first..

No harm in ordering them for the sake of a few bucks. Even if PPR comes beforehand, doesn't really matter in my view, because, well PPR is more important.
