it means by August,2018 your passport expiring. But you renewed it before & agent didn't upload it?

No it got expired in August 2017, I renewed in may2017 stupid representative didn’t upload it

The fastest one I’ve seen is 1 week, but my agent told me it takes at least 2 weeks and I sent mine on March 13th
