Canada Temporary visitor visa

Hlo friends.. i need some help/advise regarding Canada temporary visa (visitors visa).
I want to know my chances for visa approval.. my profile is below....

1. Invitation letter from mother's friend who is Canadian citizenship and she have full time job..
2. I am 26 year old married and one child.
3 bank balance is approximately 8000 CAD (4 LAC INDIAN RUPPES).
4 employed from last 5 years. Employment letter and pre-approved leaves for 15 days nd no objection certificate from employer.
5 marriage certificate and birth certificate of my son.

It's not possible to predict the chances of a TRV approval.

That said:
1. What is the purpose of your visit?
2. Have you traveled to countries like the US, UK, Schengen countries, Australia, NZ? Is this your first visit abroad?
3. Do you own property or land? Or a lease in your name?
4. Was any of the money in your bank account borrowed or transferred from one of your other accounts?
5. Is your wife employed? How old is your son?
6. Do you have any other financial investments: FDs, RDs, mutual funds, shares, EPF, PPF, etc etc?

Purpose of travel is just visit canada
Travelled to Malaysia in nov-17
No property on my name
The money in my bank all mine and saved from monthly salary
My wife is employed
My son age is one year 9 months
I have a ppf account nd deducted by my employer
And life insurance policy of 2000 Cad
