Dont worry one of my frnd had the same thing no update on cic or ecas on top of that his cic also showed background check not applicable but still he got his ppr hehe

I hope so! I noticed today that my status changed from "Submitted" to "Updated", nothing else changed, and than it went back to "Submitted", so i guess thats the sign that officer is updating something there
