Seems like the regular old reply everyone gets when they inquire just worded differently. Translation: Your application is in process they have no updates, keep waiting. Last time we emailed them they said “please do not contact us for another month” (it was a second email to them, in both emails we were just asking for clarification on documents requested) got a good laugh out of that

Today marks exactly 12 months since we submitted our application, and no further news looks like we'll be in the unlucky 20%.

It's also 5 months since Vienna took receipt of our application...

Our GCKey info did change today though, strangely. In the 'Review of additional documents' section, it was saying we needed to submitted more documents (although I confirmed with both Mississauga and Vienna that this wasn't the case). It's now completely blank - I guess this means at least somebody is looking at our application?!

noticed a slight change but I don't think a significant movement on our application, a new line appeared on the GCkey
under the medical passed the new line says " review of additional documents: not applicable."

Hello everyone

I have an interview soon at the embassy in Vienna, and i wanted to ask about

*what should i expect during & after the interview ?.

*And how long it will take from them to respond back after the interview is done?.

*Should i wait for the PPR after the interview or there is some more steps?.

*Are there any second interview or something like that?.

Any tips or recommendations for interview preparing are very very welcomed.

Good to read some good news about some of you here! Im sad to report that i have not had any news, but i will try to get notes soon to see whats going on. 16 months processing times would be insane though, there needs to be some government oversight that pushes these VO's to stick to the 12 months set processing time.

This morning we got a Invitation Pre-Arrival service letter (GCkey).

Did someone know more about what this means ?Are we close to get DM?

Our waiting period is 8 months.
