I have submitted the eAppeal to the Singaporean Police for the PCC today. I hope to get the PCC in about 30-35 days. Once I get the document where do I need to upload/email it?

Strangely, the status against "Eligible for EE" still says that they are assessing whether I meet the requirements. I also got a "Your action is required" status update with a "Request letter" for the Singapore PCC.
Yes, usually the AOR is sent within a couple of hours of submitting the application. I am in the FSW category and got the AOR within 30 mins of submitting the EE application.
did you get an email from CIC saying your account has been updated? Got this email like an hour ago. does this mean we are definitely in IP2

If you are in IP after a passed medicals, then it is IP2, an IP before passed medicals is IP1.
