Hi All,

I am on worker VISA at Toronto from past 3 years. I am working in software industry and getting good salary.
I am getting married in March at India. My would be wife has just completed her education.
Please let me know if I can apply dependent VISA for her. would it be TRV? If yes who would be primary applicant.
I checked online and found below cic link.
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ing-visitor-visa-temporary-resident-visa.html
But in this I didn't find where should I mention my worker visa documents number?
Please suggest

Regards,
Vikas

There are two ways:
1. Apply for visitor visa OR
2. Apply for Spouse open work permit

if you have a cic account you can apply for her by filling up the questionnaire ( you have to mention that you are filling up the application on behalf of your spouse )
after filling up the questionnaire you would see the documents that are required. They may not ask few documents but are mandatory depending on the application type, so refer other cases and ask for experts.

Thanks for reply. I am preferring to go for vistor visa as it comes in 30 days only. On question. Can she create her own CIC account and fill in all the information?
